Wish Land East can be found in the Onyx Tundra area of Way of Winter , to the North East of the Great River Danger Zone. The map is filled with lvl 15-17 Deviated Enemies, so dealing with them can be annoying, especially since their spawn rates are shorter than us

Even though you’re a Meta-Human, you’ll still experience hunger, thirst, and exhaustion, and can even lose your sanity in Once Human . As such, you need to properly take care of your body and sanity to survive in this harsh world.

When choosing a server (PvE or PvP) at the beginning of the game, it’s important to focus on the Day or Phase the server is currently in. This would give you a rough idea of how much time you have to progress with your character.

Once Human is a fascinating game. There’s no other way of putting it. It’s a multiplayer open-world Survival Games 2025 crafting game with a Ubisoft-style quest system (go here, clear an outpost, find hidden chests), a Pokemon-like creature collecting aspect with Palworld animal-workforce undertones, with Rust - or DayZ-esque - PvP and seasonal wipes to boot. It’s an eclectic hash of all these games, for better, and for wo

Building additional containment units allows the player to store more active deviants. These containment units can be used by deviants that passively harvest resources, give crafting bonuses, help with farming, and many other useful abilit

Weekly commissions are a great way to earn huge chunks of XP at a time in Once Human . Commissions are basically small side missions that players can assign themselves. The goals are usually things like "defeat X deviants" and "Mine ore X number of tim

Energy Links are a form of currency that new players to Once Human may not understand the value of initially. They are used to activate teleport beacons for fast travel. The further the player wants to teleport, the higher the cost of Energy Li

Commissions award plenty of XP, but, depending on where the server's timeline is, only a limited number of them can be completed until more are unlocked the following week. Fortunately, after completing five weekly commissions, a player is awarded yet another giant chunk of

Hearst Industries can be found on the southeastern side of Broken Delta, near the limit with Dayton Wetlands. This zone can be complex to farm, so players should try to go to the central area near the oil refinery and move east following the pipes. Kill the elites along the path and then turn north toward the warehou

The main mission in Once Human isn't just good for unlocking new mechanics like the Cradle. It's also a fantastic way for players to earn XP and level up new characters. It's very easy to get side tracked with side quests and spending hours farming acid , but completing the main story line is one of the easiest ways to steadily level up a new character without any mundane grind

Going hungry in Once Human will take a toll on your health. You won't be able to recover health points over time if you reach the point of starvation . That being said, it's good to have food in your bag when you're out exploring.

Canned goods are great for a quick snack, but they're not as nutritious as cooked food . Meals that you cook on a stove will restore more of your hunger , and they can give you points to restore other stats .

New players can simply explore the map with a crossbow in hand, taking out any monsters they happen upon while they loot and investigate. The very first crossbow a new player builds will one-shot many of the monsters in the beginning areas, so players do not even have to take much time out of their busy day to pad out their

But with these myriad systems, no matter how good they might be, comes some confusion. I’m not entirely sure what kind of game Once Human is trying to be. The biggest factor in this is its seasonal wipes. These occur every six weeks. Most of your progress is erased, and you start back at the beginning, holding on to the blueprints you’ve acquired, any cosmetics you’ve earned, and maybe a few other items. This is where I think the game will really struggle. While I enjoyed exploring the map the first time, collecting chests and stuff, do I want to do this all over again? Absolutely

Players can earn XP and level up from running (or riding) around the map completing the main story, taking on side missions, finding fuel for their vehicles , or just checking out all the loot the world has to of

Once Human took plenty of notes from its predecessors in the MMO and Survival RPG genres when they designed bosses that could be repeatedly farmed for extra XP and loot. While the bosses are quite creepy, they aren't all that tough on novice serv

To use the Meat Drier , you'll need your meat and salt . Salt can be crafted on a Campsite or a Stove using seawater . You'll need to place the salt into the Salt Input slot, and then add your meat to the Raw Materials slots.
