Linux VServer Project[edit]

Note: on public demand, we added a Hacker Page and we would kindly ask all that wannabe hackers to use that one for the very challenging task of wiki hacking (TIA)

This site contains information relating to the development of Linux kernel-based virtual servers running on a single piece of hardware. This particular virtual server model is implemented through a combination of "security contexts", segmented routing, chroot, extended quotas and some other standard tools.

As the project is undergoing a change of leadership and re-organisation there are still several other sites maintained by individuals. It is intended that in the future this site will become the central respository of information and coordination. To that end, all current developers and interested individuals are invited to contribute to these pages.

Note: If this isn't what you are looking for, maybe [Linux Virtual Server] is.
